Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY SERVICE ORDERS ARE SENT BY COURIER GUY

Please place your order and select delivery where your basket will be quoted for a small fee based on weight, dimensions & your shipping address.

  1. Delivery

 Shipping rate is calculated according to volumetric weight & your delivery address.

Main City centres usually carry a lower cost as compared to areas outside of main centres. The basket is calculated based on your address and postal code and volumetric weight of the total order.

  1. Delivery time

Most orders will be delivered within: 4 – 6 business days.

Orders placed before 15:00 on a Business Day (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the next business day with our shipping partners.

Our shipping partner is courier guy.

This is not a guarantee but a best effort service but for the majority of orders placed within a business day week (Monday to Friday) will always be delivered within 4 – 6 business days with the majority being completed in that time. In the event of delays where we speculate it to take longer, we will notify you on the progress.

Outlaying farther areas outside of main centres may in some rare instances take longer than our 6 business days’ time frames.

Delays are most frequently due to vague delivery addresses, so please give us as much info as possible to prevent delays.

Addresses will be captured via our courier guy portal on checkout please ensure location and address is properly pinpointed and correct.

Failure to do so could result in the item being lost or even over calculations on delivery, EMBASSY ONLINE will not stand liable for the negligence of the client in this regard.

  1. Tracking

We add a note to each order before it’s picked up this is emailed to the email address used in the checkout process so, please make sure you use the right address and you can check the e-mail when sent. Your order will be marked “completed” when scanned by the chosen shipping partner, a tracking number will then be sent to client to follow up on shipment progress.

Most delayed orders are because of incorrect shipping info. So please be sure to provide the correct street name and suburb and any additional information needed for completion of your order.

  1. Delivery Fees

EMBASSY ONLINE have partnered up with courier guy. The rate is calculated based on your shipping address and the total volumetric weight of the total order. It uses the highest of the two values (weight or size). EMBASSY ONLINE does not add any additional fees to the shipping rate and the fee is only used to send the item to our customers and cover costs such as packaging and labelling. Please note that outlying areas do require a higher fee. If you feel the fee is not favourable, please notify us on
